Wolf Rock Financial Planning was founded to guide our clients through the valuable but sometimes treacherous waters of investing, by recommending the safest passage to your financial goals. Based at Truro in Cornwall, only 39 miles from Wolf Rock itself, we advise clients throughout the South West, as well as the greater UK, on a wide range of financial planning matters.
At Wolf Rock Financial Planning we provide a highly technical and bespoke service to our clients, in a fully independent and whole of market manner. Our specialist expertise focus on the following financial planning areas: pensions and retirement planning, investments, tax planning, care fee planning, trusts, equity release, wills and powers of attorney.
We offer a free initial general financial review for all potential customers, which allows us to identify your needs, how we can help and what costs would apply. There is no pressure to accept our advice, and when you are fully informed it is at your discretion whether you would like to proceed, and over what timescale.
After our initial recommendation, you will benefit from a six monthly face-to-face appointment with your personal adviser, where your financial planning strategies will undergo a thorough review to ensure they remain appropriate for your circumstances and to check progress toward your personal goals.
Our Managing Director’s father, Michael, was part of the team that installed the helipad, which helped safeguard future visitors to the lighthouse from the dangers in the waters below.
Wolf Rock Lighthouse was built in 1869 by Trinity House and stands eight nautical miles off Land’s End. Its purpose was to provide safe passage to sailors through the beautiful but sometimes turbulent waters off the Cornish coast. At the forefront of technological advancement, in 1972 it became the first rock lighthouse in the world to have a helipad constructed on its lantern housing. Our Managing Director’s father was part of the team that installed the helipad, which helped safeguard future visitors to the lighthouse from the dangers in the waters below.
